Returns & Refunds Policy

How fit support, order issues, approved resolutions, and refunds are handled.

30-Day Fit and Order Support

You may contact Mydoggg within 30 days of delivery if you have a problem with your order. This is a request window for fit and order support. It is not a promise of an automatic return, refund, or free replacement.

To request support, email [email protected] with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any photos or measurements requested below.

Do We Accept Mailed Returns?

We do not currently accept routine mailed returns for non-defective items. Our fulfillment partners do not operate a general consumer return service.

Do not send an item to any address unless Mydoggg has first provided written return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be received, identified, or refunded.

If a physical return is authorized, the return address and any applicable return shipping cost will be provided in writing. Customers are responsible for approved return shipping for change-of-mind requests. Mydoggg will cover an approved return or replacement cost when we verify that we sent the wrong item or that an item arrived damaged or defective.

Size and Fit Issues

If the size you ordered does not fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The size ordered
  • Your dog's relevant neck or chest measurement
  • Photos showing the fit, if requested

The product must be clean and free from washing, chewing, alterations, heavy wear, or other customer-caused damage.

After review, we may provide one-time fit support such as sizing advice, a replacement discount, store credit, a partial refund, or another approved solution. A size or preference issue does not automatically qualify for a full refund or free replacement.

Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please report visible shipping damage, a missing item, or an incorrect item within 7 days of delivery. A suspected manufacturing defect that becomes apparent during normal use may be reported within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A clear photo of the shipping label
  • A short description of the issue
  • A video, if needed to show a functional defect

After verification, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the issue and available inventory. The remedy may include a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit. Do not dispose of or send back the item unless we provide instructions.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the order has not entered fulfillment, we will cancel it and issue a refund. Once an order has entered fulfillment or has been dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed and the request will be handled under this policy.

Items and Claims Not Eligible for Support

We may deny a return, refund, or replacement request involving:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Chewing, scratching, or damage caused by an animal
  • Misuse, improper adjustment, or use outside the product's intended purpose
  • Improper washing, cleaning, storage, or maintenance
  • Alterations or unauthorized repairs
  • Accidental damage after delivery
  • Items marked final sale, where clearly disclosed before purchase
  • Requests submitted outside the applicable reporting period
  • Missing, altered, contradictory, or unverifiable claim information
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or repeated claims

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 5 to 10 business days to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is caused by a verified Mydoggg fulfillment error or a product that arrived damaged or defective. Discounts and promotional codes are not refundable for cash.

Policy Abuse

We may request additional photos, video, measurements, carrier documentation, or other information needed to review a claim. We reserve the right to limit or deny support when we reasonably believe a request is fraudulent, abusive, repeated, or inconsistent with the order history or evidence provided.

Applicable Rights

This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
