Where We Ship
Mydoggg currently ships to addresses within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, other U.S. territories, or APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Orders are currently dispatched through our international fulfillment partners and delivered by tracked carriers in the United States. Orders are not currently shipped from a U.S. warehouse unless expressly stated on the product page.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day. Processing may take longer during product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Time
Standard delivery is generally estimated at 8 to 15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customs processing, severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak-season volume, and address issues may cause additional delays.
Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $59 or more. Eligibility is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Shipping charges for orders below the free-shipping threshold are displayed at checkout before payment.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error.
We will try to update an address before fulfillment begins, but changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched. Orders that cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect the package may not qualify for a free replacement or refund.
Tracking and Delivery Issues
Tracking information may take several business days to update after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if your order has not arrived within 20 business days after dispatch, contact us at [email protected].
Please report an order marked as delivered but not received within 7 days of the delivery scan. We may ask you to check with household members, neighbors, the property manager, or the carrier before opening an investigation.
Shipping-related claims should be submitted as soon as possible and no later than 45 days after dispatch so that we have time to investigate with the carrier.
Split Shipments
Items in the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. If this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because we split an order.
